Montgomery, AL – Former Governor Don Siegelman says he's still worried a new indictment against him and an upcoming arraignment next week will really hurt his gubernatorial campaign. He describes the racketeering charges against him as "bogus," but he says the timing is bad. Siegelman says he may not be able to get a trial early enough to avoid problems with next year's gubernatorial campaign.
