Montgomery, AL – In a survey answered by 74 percent of the House and 91 percent of the Senate, 55 percent of the representatives and 53 percent of the senators say they support legislation ending annual reappraisals for tax purposes and returning to the old system of doing appraisals every four years. Opposition came from 12 percent of the House and 19 percent of the Senate, with 33 percent of the House and 28 percent of the Senate undecided.
