Birmingham's Relationship with China

Birmingham, AL – About an hour's drive up Interstate 59 from Tuscaloosa is the state's only major city that has an official program for cultural and economic exchanges with China. Birmingham has had official ties with that country for almost a decade. Butler Cain spoke with Scotty Colson, the director of the Birmingham Sister Cities program.
