Brundidge Gets Economic Boost

By Alabama Public Radio

Pike County, AL – Good economic news for the city of Brundidge in Pike County. The old PIK-NIK Products plant has been purchased New Jersey-based Supreme Oil Company, which plans to move its operations there, creating about 40 jobs initially. The plant could be operating by April first, and the addition of another 100 jobs is possible by the end of year. Supreme will use the plant to manufacture food condiments under the PIK-NIK, Camellia and Stewarts labels.
