Tuscaloosa AL – There's been a break in the church arson investigation. Two students at Birmingham Southern College have been arrested and charged with arson and conspiracy to commit arson. The two men charged are Ben Mosley and Russell Debusk, both of Birmingham. Warrents have also been issued for a third person, Matthew Lee Cloyd, who is thought to a student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. They are accused of setting fires at nine Baptist churches in Bibb, Pickens, Sumter and Greene counties. A tenth church fire in Lamar County has also been classified as arson, but is not thought to be connected. The case has been the focus of a massive investigation by local, state and federal officials. A 2 o-clock press conference has been set to release more information.
