Montgomery, AL – The two major Republican gubernatorial candidates are courting -- and getting -- support from gun rights groups. Former Chief Justice Roy Moore received an endorsement Monday from the group Gun Owners of America. Governor Bob Riley has picked up support from the National Rifle Association's "Political Victory Fund." He was hosting a sporting clays shooting tournament as a fund raising event Monday near Tuskegee. Both Riley and Moore have said they support the constitutional right to bear arms and they have said they'll fight any attempts to curtail that freedom.
