Cullman County AL – Officials in Cullman County say they will spend more than a half million dollars to buy land and develop a plan for an all-terrain-vehicle park. The County Commission will purchase 323 acres of land to add to the 160 acres it already owns. 469-thousand dollars was awarded by the state for the project. An additional 117-thousand-250 dollars in federal grants will also be used. County officials hope the expanded park ... which is located near Interstate 65, about four miles west of exit 299 ... will stop A-T-V riders from trespassing on private property.
