Montgomery AL – New Indictments have been handed down to three men accused of setting fire to nine churches back in February. Matthew Cloyd, Russell Lee DeBusk Junior, and Benjamin Nathan Moseley already face federal charges. DeBusk is now charged with five counts of second-degree arson and five counts of third-degree burglary for allegedly setting fires in Bibb County. Mosley and Cloyd now face nine counts of each charge for allegedly also burning churches in Lamar, Greene and Sumter counties. Prosecutors say they will seek long prison terms if the men are convicted.
