Montgomery AL – State Supreme Court Justice Tom Parker is being criticized for failing to report three contributions totalling 100-thousand dollars during his 2004 campaign. The money came from groups funded by trial lawyers. Parker's campaign manager Matt Chancey says he's responsible for the accidental omission and filed a corrected campaign finance report late yesterday afternoon. However, Skip Tucker, executive director of Alabama Voters Against Lawsuit Abuse, says he is unconvinced. Tucker says accidentally misplacing three large contributions from similar groups is suspicious.
