Seoul, South Korea – Hyundai Motor Company Chairman Chung Mong-koo was indicted Tuesday. He's charged with embezzlement and breach of trust. South Korean prosecutors say he created a nearly 110 million dollar slush fund with embezzled money. The government believes he used the money for political favors. A Hyundai official says the automaker hopes Chung Mong-koo will return to management soon. Hyundai has factories in Alabama, China, Turkey and India. The company has been expanding its operations worldwide in a plan to become the world's sixth-largest automaker by 20-10.
