Montgomery, AL – The jury foreman in the corruption case against former Governor Don Siegelman and three others says some jurors are not participating in the deliberations. The foreman described them as lackadaisical in a note sent to U-S District Judge Mark Fuller Tuesday. The foreman also said the group has been unable to agree on a verdict. The judge gave the jury some written instructions to help, and he says he also wants the foreman to report on the jury's progress. Jurors are expected to start their tenth day of deliberations Wednesday.
