LPGA Tournament Coming to Prattville

Prattville, AL – A new women's professional golf tournament will make Prattville its home. Navistar International Corporation and the L-P-G-A were among the groups to announce the creation of the Navistar L-P-G-A Classic. According to a written release, it will begin in the fall of 2007 and will be played on the Senator Course at the Capitol Hill location on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. The tournament is scheduled to be televised across the world. Governor Riley is calling it a tremendous economic boon that will also provide an international showcase for the area.
