Tuscaloosa, AL – Theft is a concern practically everywhere -- especially around Alabama's colleges and universities. It generally occurs in a couple of different ways. Some cases involve breaking and entering. Others happen because someone wasn't paying attention. And, this is one of the worst times of the year for it. Alabama Public Radio's Kristen Taylor reports.
