Report #1 - President Bush acknowledged for the first time last week that the U-S operates secret prisons overseas. But the president denied assertions the U-S tortures detainees. Still, an Alabama congressman believes some forms of torture are necessary to glean information about potential terrorist plots. Chad Pergram reports from Capitol Hill.
Report #2 - Alabama Republicans feel they have a chance to take control of the state legislature this November for the first time in more than a century.
