Washington, DC; Mobile, AL – This file contains two reports.

Report #1
Republican Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions is trying to broker an agreement on how to try suspected terrorists in U-S military courts. Sessions is a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. There's concern the U-S could violate Geneva Convention rules on torture when using aggressive tactics with detainees. The Geneva Convention dictates international interrogation rules. Chad Pergram reports from Capitol Hill.

Report #2
Mobile is now home to the state's tallest building. But the recently crowned RSA Battlehouse Tower means more to Alabama's port city than just bragging rights. Alabama Public Radio's Chris Newbold has the story.
