Montgomery, AL – U-S Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld will be in Alabama soon. He will make a brief speech and hold a question and answer session on Wednesday, October 18, with military and civilian students attending Air University on Maxwell Air Base in Montgomery. According to a base spokesman, Rumsfeld will discuss military transformation and the Global War on Terror. The former Naval aviator has served as Defense Secretary since January 2001.
