Montgomery, AL – State Auditor Beth Chapman is challenging Secretary of State Nancy Worley for her office in November. Chapman says it's time for new leadership in the Secretary of State's office. Chapman recently spoke with Alabama Public Radio's Gina Smith to explain why's she's running and what changes she'd make if she's elected.
