Montgomery, AL – Birmingham attorney Luther Strange is hoping to become the state's next lieutenant governor by defeating one of Alabama's best known political names: Jim Folsom, Jr. Strange recently spoke with APR's Gina Smith to discuss why he wants to win, and what he hopes to accomplish if he's elected.
