Saban Still Considering Alabama's Offer

By Associated Press

Miami, FL – Miami Dolphins coach Nick Saban wants more time to consider a job offer from Alabama. Saban met with Dolphins owner Wayne Huizenga for ten minutes Tuesday at the team's complex and asked for more time to decide. Huizenga says he had a nice conversation with Saban and the coach asked if they could defer the decision until ten o'clock Wednesday morning. Saban smiled and waved at reporters as he left the complex, but didn't stop to talk. For weeks, Saban denied interest in the Alabama job, which became vacant when Mike Shula was fired in late November.
