Florence, AL – Congressman Bud Cramer recently used Helen Keller's birthplace, Ivy Green, as a backdrop for what National Heritage Area funds could mean to the Shoals area. Cramer announced that he is re-introducing legislation to declare the Muscle Shoals region a National Heritage Area. Pat Sanders from our University of North Alabama Bureau spoke with Cramer about the unique designation.
