Tuscaloosa, AL – Kiplinger's Personal Finance recently named its 10 Best Cities of 2009 selecting locales offering solid employment opportunities and the talent to create new, well paying positions. This year Huntsville, Alabama topped the list. I had a chance to speak to Jane Bennett Clark, who is a Senior Associate Editor for Kiplinger's, about the list and how Huntsville took the top spot.
