Court records show lobbyist Tom Coker has lined up former state Attorney General Baxley. State Sen. Harri Anne Smith has secured Birmingham attorney Jim Parkman, who represented HealthSouth founder Richard Scrushy when he was acquitted in Birmingham.

State Sen. Larry Means is being represented by former State Bar President Bill Clark. Casino owner Ronnie Gilley is using former U.S. Attorney Doug Jones.

Casino owner Milton McGregor has a team of prominent attorneys that includes former State Bar President Bobby Segall and veteran civil rights lawyer Fred Gray, along with Sam Heldman from Washington and Joe Espy from Montgomery.

All 11 are scheduled for arraignment Friday in Montgomery.
