New Mexico Works To Solve Issue Of Too Many Animals Without Owners

LEILA FADEL, HOST:

Seventeen-year-old Cody Anderson helped transport 22 puppies. How's that for a school assignment? It's MORNING EDITION. Transcript provided by NPR, Copyright NPR.
