Los Angeles Dodgers defeat Toronto Blue Jays to become World Series champions

The Los Angeles Dodgers are World Series champions — again — after defeating the Toronto Blue Jays in an extra-inning thriller to win Game Seven. The Dodgers are the first repeat winners since 2000.
