Description: The Mobile Arts Council is proud to present two distinguished exhibitions this October, showcasing the Watercolor Society of Alabama and the Watercolor & Graphic Arts Society of Mobile. Opening receptions will be held during LoDa ArtWalk on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 6–9 p.m. at the Mobile Arts Council Gallery @ Room 1927.
Together, these exhibitions offer a vibrant tribute to watercolor and design, uniting two of Alabama’s oldest and most respected arts organizations.
Watercolor & Graphic Arts Society of Mobile
Founded in 1948 as the Watercolor Society of Mobile, this organization grew from the celebrated Bayou Painters group and is among the oldest arts organizations in Alabama.
