People Engaged In Recovery | Mobile Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
{Mobile, AL} People Engaged In Recovery | Mobile will be hosting our Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, May 2, 2023 located at 3103 Airport Boulevard | Suite 160, Mobile, AL 36606. The event will begin at 11:00am and conclude at 2:00pm. The ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 11:30am with the Mobile Chamber of Commerce.
People Engaged In Recovery | Mobile is excited to showcase our new, expanded community center and promote our agency’s vision to ensure residents of Coastal Alabama have access to optimal recovery support resources.
The People Engaged In Recovery | Mobile Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is free to the community. Light refreshments will be available.
People Engaged In Recovery (P.E.I.R.), is a non-profit, peer-run community recovery organization whose mission is to advocate, empower, and collaborate for any individual seeking recovery from substance use disorder in the southern region of Alabama. All P.E.I.R. services are free, confidential, and certified by the Alabama Department of Mental Health. Through the lived experience of active substance use disorder and life in recovery, our organization offers non-clinical peer-support services by Certified Recovery Support Specialists who support, guide, encourage, and offer individual understanding to aid each person in obtaining and maintaining recovery.
