Join the Afro American Gospel Choir, as they celebrate the 55th anniversary of their choir through music, dance, and ministry!
Despite trials and tribulations, the Afro American Gospel Choir is celebrating 55 years of being a beacon of light and hope on the University of Alabama campus! Established in 1971, we are the second oldest black organization on campus and we are so blessed to be celebrating such a huge milestone. The concert will consist of performances from the current choir, performances from alumni, performances from His Instruments of Praise Dance Ministry, and a special performance from the original 12 members of the choir from 1971! It will truly be a night of fellowship, music, and celebration—-a night you DONT want to miss!
