Political Parties Brace for U.S. Election Legal Battles

Widespread fears of voter fraud and intimidation expressed by people on both sides of the nation's deep political divide are reflected in the army of lawyers that have been mobilized by Democrats and Republicans ahead of Nov. 2. NPR's Tavis Smiley gets analysis from Kimberle Williams Crenshaw, a volunteer lawyer for liberal and Democratic-leaning groups taking part in the 2004 monitoring campaign, and from Benjamin Ginsberg, a Republican election lawyer.
