Will Marco Rubio run for president in 2028?

Secretary of State Marco Rubio is at the center of negotiations over the war in Iran, the pressure campaign on Cuba’s regime and the U.S. efforts in Russia’s war in Ukraine.

There’s speculation that he may be in a position to run for president in 2028.
