Here & Now‘s Scott Tong speaks with Sen. Andy Kim (D-N.J.) about his visit with immigrants inside Delaney Hall, a privately-run detention center that has become a flashpoint in his state.

Some immigrants are alleging poor conditions, government officials deny that, and protestors are clashing with police outside the center.
