President Trump’s trade wars continue as he imposes new tariffs against 60 countries on the grounds that the nations are using forced labor.

Mike Regan, managing editor at Bloomberg News, joins Here & Now’s Indira Lakshmanan to discuss how these tariffs, unlike previous ones, may hold up under the Supreme Court.
