OPEC Nations to Open Oil Reserves if Necessary

Oil prices continue to fall, despite reports that several oil wells are on fire in southern Iraq. Traders on the oil market say promises by OPEC nations to release crude oil reserves if needed have gone a long way to stabilize the market. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
