We would like to invite you to celebrate our 20-year anniversary with a free to the public, Mental Health Awareness event, the Power of Play! Tennessee Valley Pediatrics has been a vital part of keeping the Shoals Area’s children and families healthy for the past 20-years.
Recently, Tennessee Valley Pediatrics has expanded services to include a Behavioral Health Clinic, where we provide a family centered approach to children in need of mental health services. The Power of Play theme comes from the concept that parents/caregivers playing with their children builds healthy bonds, communication, problem solving, and self-regulation skills. The goal of this event is to encourage play between adult caregivers and children to become part of their everyday family life.
