The USA Brass Ensembles will perform their Spring Concert on Sunday, April 12 at 7:30 p.m. in the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center Recital Hall. The ensembles are directed by Dr. Peter Wood, Dr. Clayton Maddox, and Jodi Graham Wood.

Tickets for this Department of Music event will be sold at the door only. Admission is $8 general and $5 for USA faculty & staff, USA students, youths under 18 and all senior citizens (cash or card accepted).a

THE UPPER ROOM The Upper Room is an outreach of Valley Community Church in Coker, Alabama. Valley Community Church has collected gently used clothing for free distribution to anyone in the community that has a need. No referral needed. The USA Jazz Ensemble will perform their Spring Concert on Tuesday, April 14 at 7:30 p.m. in the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center Recital Hall. The full jazz band and various combos will be playing pieces by Jazz greats as well as newcomers to the genre. The ensemble is directed by Dr. William Petersen.

The USA University Band will perform their Spring Concert on Wednesday, April 15 at 7:30 p.m. in the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center Recital Hall. The ensemble is directed by Dr. Clayton Maddox.

USA's Department of Music Spring Honors Recital highlights the performance accomplishments of its students by featuring them in brass, wind, vocal, piano, and percussion repertoire. This Honors Recital will be held in the Laidlaw Performing Arts Center Recital Hall on Monday, April 27 at 2:30 p.m. Admission to this Department of Music event is free and open to the public.
