Huntsville schools are back in session after a cyberattack shut the system down.

Teachers and students are still unable to turn on school-issued devices and are using paper copies for both in-person and at-home lessons.

Huntsville City Schools were closed for a week after a cyberattack but returned on Monday. The system has almost 23,000 students, over 2,000 employees and around 40 schools.
