A Huntsville police officer is under review after video captured him stomping repeatedly on a man's leg during an arrest.
The Huntsville Police Department reviewed multiple video recordings including a Facebook Live broadcast that showed the officer stomping on the leg of a man being arrested by another officer.
The man, who now faces charges of resisting arrest, was described by his mother as mentally ill.
The police department has now released the name of the officer facing disciplinary review.
