Police in Barcelona say foul play was likely not a factor in the death of University of Alabama student James "Jimmy" Gracey. Officials told the New York Post, "Everything points to it being an accidental death."

Catalonia’s regional police say the body of 20-year-old James “Jimmy” Gracey was found in the water off a Barcelona beach. A team of police divers found the body. Gracey’s body was found near where he was last seen outside a nightclub with his friends early Tuesday.

Police investigators in Spain now say they suspect foul play in the disappearance of a University of Alabama student.This, as the search continues for James Paul Gracey, who was last seen early Tuesday morning outside a beachfront restaurant in Barcelona.
